What is Movin’?

Movin’ is a mobile application which specifically designed to manage and enrich your IndiHome experience. Movin’ manages and enriches your TV, phone, and Internet access experiences. These are the main Movin’ features:

Receive calls to your IndiHome phone on your smartphone anywhere in the house. No need to run to the phone anymore.

Enjoy seamless connection to your IndiHome WiFi and hundred thousand public WiFi hotspots (@wifi.id).

Manage your IndiHome TV and movies.

Pay bills conveniently and collaborate with your family.

How can I get Movin’?

You can get Movin’ by downloading it from Play Store or App Store. Please note: you need to be an existing IndiHome subscriber to make use of Movin’ features and services.

What are the terms and conditions for using Movin’?

The use of Movin’ is governed under the Google terms and conditions and the IndiHome (Telkom) terms and conditions. Please visit www.indihome.co.id for more information.

What is Movin’s privacy policy?

Movin’ conforms to Google’s privacy policy.

Where can I check news about Movin’?

Why do I need to scan a QR code?

For your safety. To prevent fraud we need to verify users and locations. The safety of our customers is at the center of our concern.

Why do I have to tell whether I’m a parent, child, or helper?

For your and your family’s safety. Only parents can have management access to Movin’. If we know which devices belong to your children, we can keep your children safe from adult content and cyber bullying. For helpers you can configure restricted access to your IndiHome services, e.g. Internet or phone.

MyPhone

What is MyPhone?

MyPhone is a feature of Movin’. It allows you receive calls to your IndiHome phone on your smartphone wherever you are in the house. No more running to your home phone when it’s ringing. Movin’ also allows you to place calls with your IndiHome number using Movin on your smartphone.

What number does MyPhone use?

MyPhone uses your IndiHome phone number. During installation and configuration, we fetch your IndiHome number and add it to Movin’.

Can I call my IndiHome from Movin’?

Yes you can. Your IndiHome number will be shown as caller ID on the IndiHome phone.

Can I call Movin’ from my IndiHome number?

Yes you can. Your IndiHome number will be shown as caller ID on Movin’.

What type of Internet connections do I need for MyPhone?        MyPhoneworks with your IndiHome WiFi and the public Telkom WiFi hotspots @wifi.id©, and 3rd party ISPs, e.g. 3G, 4G, or other WiFi networks. The minimum broadband speed varies, depending on your IndiHome subscriptions. You need a shared 1 Mbps bandwidth for a good voice quality, and up to 3.1 Mbps to support the advanced My Phone features, e.g. conferencing.

Can I Use MyPhone when I’m out?

Yes, you can use MyPhone also when you’re on the road. Calls going to your IndiHome phone are forwarded to MyPhone on Movin’ and you can place calls on Movin’ with MyPhone. Make use of free minutes that come with your IndiHome subscription and Telkom’s low call charges.

Do I have to pay for MyPhone?        No. MyPhone is a free Movin’ feature. Note: all rates and policies associated with your IndiHome call plan will apply while using IndiHome. Make use of the 1,000 free minutes that are part of the IndiHome subscriptions (limited to the IndiHome promotion period). Check IndiHome rates for cost-effective long distance and international call charges.

Where can I use the MyPhone Extender?        The Home Phone Extender works in your home WiFi network only.

Will IndiHome affect my broadband Internet performance?        Usually it doesn’t, since a voice call doesn’t use much bandwidth. It depends on IndiHome Internet package and how many phone lines you are subscribed to.

        Can I Use IndiHome when I travel abroad?        No. You can use My Phone when you travel in Indonesia, but not when abroad.

        

Can I make international calls with MyPhone?        Yes, you can place and receive international calls while using MyPhone. Anything you can do with your IndiHome phone you can do with MyPhone on Movin’. You are subscribed to Telkom’s global call services, which are an add-on feature of IndiHome. Note: the same policies and rates of your IndiHome phone apply to MyPhone. Please visit www.indihome.co.id for more information.

Can I Configure MyPhone?        Yes, to some extend. If you’re the IndiHome account owner you may log into Movin' to configure My Phone settings. For example, you can switch calls from your IndiHome phone to MyPhone and vice versa.

Can calls disconnect when I move around the house?        As long as you move within coverage area of your IndiHome WiFi network call won’t get connected. Note: The coverage area required to establish an initial connection and the broader coverage area may vary according to environmental factors, such as physical structures of the house, materials used and the strength of the access point.

Can calls disconnect when I’m on the road?        As long as you are within coverage area of a public Telkom WiFi hotspot (@wifi.id your call won’t get connected. Note: The coverage area required to establish an initial connection and the broader coverage area may vary according to environmental factors, such as physical structures of the house, materials used and the strength of the access point.

How many device scan use MyPhone at the same time?        In the basic package only three devices (Movin’) can use MyPhone. Also, while using MyPhone, you can’t use your IndiHome phone.

If you subscribe to more phone lines at Telkom, it is possible to use multiple MyPhones at the same time. MyPhone can ring on all smartphones/tablets at the same time or ring on one after another – according to your preferences. Please stay tuned for the multi-line add-on package that will come soon. You can find further information under the About My Phone menu item in the Movin’ MyPhone menu. Note: the number of PSTN lines connected to your IndiHome always limits the number of concurrent calls.

Can other Movin’ users listen to ongoing conversations?        No, all calls are private and secure. The security and privacy policies of Telkom's PSTN network apply to Movin’ and MyPhone.

How do I know if MyPhone is connected to the network?        There are two ways to verify that that MyPhone is connected to the network:
- Call #999 in your mobile phone and check whether you can listen to an announcement. If you hear the announcement, you’re connected.
- Check whether you can hear a short double tone when placing or receiving a call. If you can hear the double tone, you’re connected.

        What happens to MyPhone if I lose my Internet connection?        The call will disconnect and you won't be able to use the Home Phone Extender until the Internet connection is restored.        

Will call quality be impacted if I'm uploading or downloading large files?

Call quality can be affected when your IndiHome broadband connection is strained by bandwidth hungry applications and services, e.g file transfer, YouTube, and emailing large attachments. Upgrade your IndiHome subscription to enjoy a higher bandwidth.

Can I use Directory Assistance (108 Search) with Home Phone Extender?        Yes. 108 Search is available when calling with the Home Phone Extender. Standard 108 rates apply.

What does “All Circuits Busy” mean?

The "All Circuits Busy" message means that all your home phone lines are busy. Upgrade your IndiHome package to allow for more calls at the same time.                 


MyInternet

What is MyInternet?

MyInternet is a feature of Movin’. It allows you monitor and manage your Internet access at home and while on the road.

MyInternet has a seamless Internet feature. It logs you into your IndiHome Wifi network and hundreds of thousands public Telkom WiFi hotspots (@wifi.id) without you need to type username and password.

Do I have to pay for MyInternet at Home?        No. MyInternet is a free Movin’ feature. Note: all rates and policies associated with your IndiHome Internet package will apply while using MyInternet.

Do I have to pay for MyInternet while out?        Yes. This is the IndiHome Seamless service that allows you to use more than 100,000 public WiFi hotspots (@wifi.id). MyInternet Seamless is charged according to applicable Telkom prices.

What is the Hotspot Finder?

The hotspot finder allows you to find public hotspots while on the road. Take advantage of Telkom’s hundreds of thousands hotspots for high speed Internet access all over Indonesia (@wifi.id).

Do I need to log into Telkom’s public hotspots?

MyInternet connects you seamlessly to Telkom’s public hotspots. No need to type username and password. Note: you need to subscribe to the seamless MyInternet feature in order to enjoy seamless access to Telkom’s public hotspots.


MyTV

What is MyTV?

MyTV is a Movin’ feature. MyTV allows you to manage and control your IndiHome TV and movies on demand. MyTV has the following features:

Does MyTV give me access to all IndiHome TV features?

Yes, MyTV provides access to all IndiHome TV features and more, e. g. Facebook recommendations and status.

What can the Movin’ TV Remote do?

You can search programs, movies on demand, YouTube video clips, etc.

How Far Away from the TV Does the Movin TV Remote work?

The Movin’ TV Remote is a WiFi remote. It works anywhere as long as you are in the coverage area of your IndiHome WiFi network. For example, if covered, you can change your TV while in the garden.

Can I configure how my devices and those of other family members use IndiHome TV?

Yes, you can. Use the device configuration page of Movin’.

Can I set a status?

Yes, you can set a status. For example, you can let your friends know what TV program of movie you’re watching.
